George Nazair

Monday, September 12th, 2022, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 85, passed away Mr. George Nazair of Atholville, common law partner of Thérèse Maltais.  He was the son of the late Chafika (born Atik) and the late Salem Nazair. 

Besides his common law partner Thérèse, he will be sadly missed by his children: Michel (Diane LeBlanc) of Shediac, George Jr. (Trish Legacy) of Atholville, Christine (Bob Murray) of Glencoe, Luc of Campbellton and Yves (Sylvie Chabot) of Campbellton; his many grandchildren and great grandchildren; the daughter of his partner Tania (Cory Roussie) of Dieppe and their children; his sister Antoinette (Dave Eaton) of Montréal also by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife Ann, his parents, his brothers, and sisters: Abraham, Germaine, Fernand, Fernande, Antoine, and Victoria.

Respecting Mr. George Nazair’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral. A donation to the Alzheimer Society of NB would be greatly appreciated by the family.
