William F. "Bill" Morano

William F. "Bill" Morano, 82, of Riverview, NB; passed away at Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital, on Monday, April 19, 2021. Born in South River, ON; he was the son of the late Joseph and Violet Morano.

Bill was a former controller of Owasco Volkswagen in Whitby, ON and owner of Long's Fundy Quik Mart and the Pine Glen Lounge on Pine Glen Rd. Riverview and ran Morano Accounting Services.

He attended Holy Family Parish in Moncton and Saint Thomas Aquinas Church in Campbellton. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Sheila Morano, by several nieces and nephews from Toronto and by a sister-in-law May and her husband Lawrence.

Bill was the surviving member of his immediate family.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers Frank and Joe Morano and by his sisters Margaret, Patsy, Ruth Dorothy, Lillian Jen and Violet.

Resting at Tuttle Brothers Riverview Funeral Home 214 Pine Glen Rd. with visitation on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm

The Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Riverview, on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00am with Fr. Phil Mulligan officiating.

Visitation in Campbellton will be held from Salon Funéraire Savoie Funeral Home, 47, Alexander Street, Campbellton, NB on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Covid restrictions are enforced, masks must be wore with social distancing.

Interment will be in Campbellton Rural Cemetery.

Donations in "Bill's memory made to the Kidney Foundation, the Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital Foundation "Dialysis Unit" or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
