Simonne Blanchard
1937-2019
Surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 82, passed away Mrs. Simonne Blanchard of Dalhousie, wife of Mr. Antonio Blanchard. Born in Kedgwick and formerly of Eel River Crossing, she was the daughter of the late Marie (born Dumoulin) and the late Camille Roy.
Besides her husband Antonio, she will be sadly missed by her children: Antonia (Ed) of Charlo and Simon (Monique) of Dalhousie; her grandchildren : Jamie, Lori, Pierre-Luc and Melanie; her great grandchildren : Brody, Lexi, Sadie, Lia and Brandon; her sisters and brother : Yvonne (Albert), Albina (Hebert), Fleurette (Antoine), Rose (Jean-Guy), Claudette (Charles) and Isidore ‘Ti-Lou’ (Cocotte); her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law : Robert Roy, Albert Blanchard (Jeannette) and Jean-Guy Gagné also by many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Laurette, her brother Yvon, her mother & father-in-law and sisters-in-law: Antoinette and Irene.
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 19th, 2019 at 11 am in the St. John Baptist Church, Dalhousie. Respecting Mrs. Blanchard’s wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A donation to the Tree of Hope Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
