Gérard Savoie
1926-2019
At the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 at the age of 93 years passed away Mr. Gerard Savoie, husband of Mrs. Eveline (born Maltais) Savoie of McLeod. He was the son of the late Laura (born Duguay) and the late Louis Savoie.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Eveline Savoie, he will be sadly missed by his children: Ginette of Point-la-Nim, Jean-Paul (Elise Bujold) of Campbellton, Rachel (Gerard Poirier) of Balmoral and Micheline (Real Fontaine) of St-Maure; his grandchildren : Marie-Josée, Sylvie, Marc-Andre, Jean-Philippe, François, Michel, Pierre-Luc, André, Marie-Hélène, Jean-Marie, Anne-Marie, Isabelle, Karine and Simon-Pierre; also by many great grandchildren; his brother and his sisters : Emmanuel, Lucie, Marie, Bernadette and Loretta also by many members of the Maltais family, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his sons Roger Murphy Savoie, his parents, his sisters & brothers: Rose-Anna, Georgina, Exilda, Lina-Marguerite, Rosaline, Rosilda, Arthur, Nelson, Georges and Théodore
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 21st, 2019 at 4 pm in the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church, Campbellton. Mr. Gerard Savoie will rest at Savoie Funeral Home, situated at 47 Alexander St., Campbellton on Friday afternoon from 2 till time of funeral.
