Yvon Johnson

Mr. Yvon Johnson of Val d’Amour, loving husband of Mrs. Florence (born Francoeur) Johnson, passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Monday February 25^th 2019 at the age of 77.  He was the son of the late Almilda (born Levesque) and the late Joseph Johnson.

Loving father of Denis Johnson (Charlyne Bellavance) of Val d’Amour, Joey Johnson (Nathalie LeBlanc) of Val d’Amour, son-in-law Robert Durette (late Simonne Johnson) and his spouse (Robin Durette) of Atholville. Yvon will be fondly missed by his grandchildren: Kelly-Anne, Krystel, Samantha, Kristina, André, Jesse, Danik, Mathieu, Maxime, Ashley and Stéphanie: his great grandchildren; Dean, Donté, Kirk, Aria, Trent and Nicholas; his sister Thérèse (late Roland Dubé) from Cross-Point , his brothers Roger (late Leona Haché) of Val d’Amour and Will (Yvonne Martin) of Malauze. Survived by many members of the Francoeur family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Predeceased by his daughter Simonne, his son Michel, great grandson Kirk, his parents, brothers and sisters; Armenie, Jules, Andre, Clement, Medor, Armina, Jeannine.

Please join us for the funeral mass held on Friday March 1^st 2019 at 11 am at the Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Church, Val d’Amour.  Visitations will be on Thursday February 28^th from 7-9pm at Savoie Funeral Home, situated at 47 Alexander Street, Campbellton.
